Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job Description
As an A&P Mechanic, you will perform essential line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 passenger and cargo aircraft. This role involves working in an outdoor line station environment, responding to customer maintenance calls, repairing and replacing interior parts, fluids, and components as necessary, and signing off on airworthiness. You will work as part of a team of 3-4 mechanics under a lead, primarily supporting an airline with high flight volumes and several other airlines with a handful of flights per day.
ResponsibilitiesThis position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with minimal experience to launch their aviation careers. You'll gain valuable exposure to high-volume flight operations and work with a diverse team of skilled mechanics.
Work EnvironmentThe role involves working in an outdoor line maintenance setting, often at significant heights when repairing aircraft tails. Shifts are structured as 10-hour shifts, with the options of 6am - 4pm, 12pm - 10pm, and 9pm - 7am. The majority of maintenance activities occur between 12pm - 4pm, resulting in shift overlaps. New hires typically train on morning or afternoon shifts to maximize maintenance exposure.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $97760.00/yr.
