Overview:

Peter Thomas Roth seeks an organized, extremely detail oriented, multi-tasking, flexible individual to support the QVC brand and serve as an additional point of contact for day to day operations. The ideal candidate would be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. This position reports to Manager, QVC Sales.

Key Accountabilities:

• Arrange all travel for entire QVC team for airings and following up with arrangements
• Record and organize all competitive airings for analysis
• Leader of display arrangements and props for on-air demonstrations and presentations
• Supports Manager with coordination for all live shows including models, stylists, product samples, hosts, and producers.
• Supports Manager in managing inventory by processing consignment and sales orders, transfers, RTV’s, and maintaining tracking.
• Point person for creation and submission of collateral request forms
• Support Manager in managing day to day relationships with QVC: Merchandising, Sales, Dotcom and Extended Assortment, Planning, QA, and legal.
• Supports Manager with research, purchasing and analyzing competitive product.
• Research new opportunities for outside exposure on TV.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Invested interest and passion for QVC
• Extremely detailed oriented- No detail is too small
• Strong Self-Starter who can prioritize with a strong sense of urgency
• Basic retail math skills
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent)
• Strong written communication skills
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to influence
• Exhibits high standards and accountability; takes pride in accuracy
• High aptitude; processes information quickly
• Ability to successfully collaborate with internal and external partners
• Strong computer skills (Excel skills necessary)
• Must be able to work in flexible and fast paced environment
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
• Position is based in New York City, 25% travel to QVC in West Chester, PA.
