Market JD is a digital marketing agency that helps law firms across the country attract and sign more clients. We create custom websites, run SEO and PPC campaigns, manage online reputations, and build growth strategies tailored to each firm. Our focus is simple: deliver measurable results through smart strategy and exceptional service.
We are hiring a Client Success Manager to lead client relationships, drive strategy, and ensure our legal clients see real business growth.
This is a professional-level role, best suited for someone with experience managing sophisticated client relationships within an agency, consulting, or professional services setting. You will oversee a portfolio of law firm clients, coordinate with SEO, PPC, content, and design teams, and serve as a trusted advisor — not just an account manager.
You will also contribute to Market JD’s internal marketing and support our presence at legal industry trade shows and events.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of 20–30 client relationships
• Lead monthly strategy meetings via Microsoft Teams
• Coordinate with SEO, PPC, content, and web teams to deliver results
• Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal
• Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients translate marketing efforts into business outcomes
• Support Market JD’s marketing initiatives and attend select industry events
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management or client success
• Must have either prior digital marketing experience or experience working with a personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, immigration law, or criminal defense law firm
• Background in a professional services, marketing agency, or consulting environment strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Legal marketing experience is a plus
• Candidates in the Northbrook, Illinois area are preferred

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000, depending on hours worked
