Mitchell & Ness is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support campaign execution, performance reporting, and coordination across key internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment and enjoys blending creative planning with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

As a key contributor on the Digital Marketing team, the Specialist will ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns by working closely with CRM, Paid Media, eCommerce Site Operations, Merchandising, Buying, and Brand Marketing. This person will help deliver engaging content, consistent messaging, and timely reporting around major sporting moments, seasonal pushes, and product launches.

How you will make an impact:

  • Partner with internal teams (CRM, Paid Media, eComm Site Operations, Merchandising, Buying, Brand Marketing) to manage campaign timelines and ensure consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support creative briefing processes and content development for marketing assets across email, paid social, display, and on-site placements.
  • Build and maintain integrated content calendars, tracking key campaign moments, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Assist with quality assurance checks across marketing platforms to ensure flawless execution.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports across digital channels, summarizing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, asset usage, and channel coordination.
  • Contribute to campaign documentation including strategy decks, recap reports, and cross-functional meeting materials.
  • Stay up to date with sports moments, tentpole events, and product priorities to ensure campaigns are timely and relevant.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; or equivalent experience required
  • 24 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated campaign planning, or marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with major marketing channels including email, paid social, display, and on-site content strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Passion for sports, ecommerce, and marketing innovation in a fast-paced environment.
