Your Role:
Talent Onboarding and Payroll
· Implement an engaging onboarding program that sets new hires up for success.
· Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
Employee Relations & Culture Development
· Foster a high-performance team environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
· Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership, driving engagement and job satisfaction.
· Develop initiatives that enhance workplace culture, ensuring employees feel supported and valued.
HR Compliance & Administration
· Ensure HR policies and procedures align with employment laws and best practices.
· Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Performance Management & Training
· Implement a performance evaluation system that encourages continuous development and achievement.
· Identify training and development opportunities to support career growth and skill enhancement.
· Collaborate with leadership to drive succession planning and leadership development.
HR Strategy & Organizational Development
· Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and market trends.
· Use HR analytics and insights to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth industry.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
· Proven ability to build and sustain a high-performance team culture.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives that support business growth.
· HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
