IT Manager Drug Test is required. IT Manager Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and support the technology operations of our custom manufacturing business. This role oversees IT infrastructure, business systems, and technology integration across departments, ensuring operational efficiency, system security, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage IT operations, including infrastructure, network administration, system support, and disaster recovery. Lead strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, and procurement. Administer and support the Visual Manufacturing ERP system and related tools (Visual Time & Attendance, Visual Shop Floor Mobile). Collaborate with production teams to integrate technology with equipment such as CNC machines, laser cutters, and press brakes. Oversee virtualization (VMware vCenter, ESXi) and network security (VLANs, Sophos Firewall, Kaseya 365, Unitrends). Manage Microsoft 365, hosted VoIP systems, and document management solutions. Supervise and mentor the IT Support Specialist. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong background in ERP systems, infrastructure, and security. Experience integrating IT systems with business and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Visual Manufacturing ERP. Familiarity with SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and machine integrations. Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll and Fixed Asset software. Proven ability to drive cross-departmental technology improvements.
