Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and highly skilled Kitchen Designer to manage and expand our Monsey location. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in kitchen design and sales to assist clients in creating their dream kitchens. You must bring a client base or be prepared to work hard to build one. Proficiency in the 2020 design program is required, along with fluency in Yiddish.

Responsibilities:

• Design and sell customized kitchen solutions using the 2020 design program.
• Work with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Provide expert advice on materials, layouts, and design options.
• Build and maintain a client base through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive new customer acquisition through proactive outreach and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen design and sales.
• Proficiency with the 2020 design program.
• Yiddish speaking is required.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, confident, and driven to succeed.
• Social, energetic, and up-to-date with design trends.
• Ability to bring an existing client base or build a new one quickly.

Salary: $75K + High Commission
