Job Description

They are looking for someone that has a well-rounded background in leasing and resident relations as this person will be doing 80% resident relations and 20% leasing. If you are interested in this role given the schedule which will be onsite five days of the week and the compensation which includes a base salary of $50K-$60K and commission.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leasing/Resident Services Specialist to join our team at a dynamic and thriving apartment community. This role is a key player in ensuring resident satisfaction and building a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing (20%)

• Prospect for new residents through various channels (online platforms, phone calls, tours, etc.)
• Conduct professional and engaging property tours, showcasing the unique features of the community.
• Process lease applications and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve monthly leasing goals with a focus on quality resident selection.

Resident Services (80%)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing residents through proactive communication and personalized service.
• Plan and execute engaging community events and social activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
• Respond promptly and effectively to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Resolve resident issues and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct resident satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to improve community services.
• Assist with resident retention efforts through various initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leasing or customer service roles (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for building relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (if applicable)
