Job Description

Job Title: Legal Project Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay Details: $30/hr.

Employment Type: Contract (9-12 months)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Legal Specialists for an upcoming opportunity with one of our clients. This role involves handling complex consumer and client inquiries, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset. Additionally, this role requires the ability to manage escalated consumer-facing issues and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to complex consumer and client inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Adhere to established procedures and protocols while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, project managers, and leadership to ensure case objectives and client deliverables are met
  • Develop and refine scripts and procedures to improve communication efficiency and case management
  • Assist in monitoring the overall case health by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions
  • Serve as an escalation point for reviewing consumer-facing inquiries that cannot be resolved through standard processes

Experience :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school OR a foreign law degree with an LLM
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to handle sensitive consumer interactions with professionalism and empathy
