Title: Insurance Agent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively.

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct insurance sales through various channels including telemarketing and retail sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Analyze client information to recommend appropriate coverage options and policy adjustments.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and customer service to existing clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they can cater to a broader range of clients.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and telemarketing techniques is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze information and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20-$22 Hourly

• Unlicensed Apllicants are eligibile to apply for our 30-day licensing program
