Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico Status: Full-time (30 hours) Shift: 1st Benefit Eligible Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional patient care and customer-focused service. Perform venipuncture on patients across all age groups. Collect and prepare non-blood specimens. Ensure accurate specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. Promote safety, compliance, and quality control in all operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous phlebotomy training or experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Preferred Skills: 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
