Manpower is seeking a Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Recruiting Team that will support all of our clients and staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent computer skills, and the ability to adapt in difficult situations, which will align successfully within our organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Waterfront/Homestead, Pa 15120

Pay Range: Based on Experience

What's the Job?

• Designing, planning, and executing selection processes - conducting phone interviews and screenings, sending detailed candidate recaps & scheduling phone, in-person, or virtual interviews.
• Reviewing employment applications and background check reports.
• Interviewing 25+ candidates per week.
• Key Skill top Talent to 5 existing clients and 5 inactive clients weekly.
• Generating 10 sales leads per week.

What's Needed?

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills/MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to adapt in difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts.
• Must have own transportation and the ability to commute to client sites.
• Ability to answer phones and greet and welcome incoming visitors.
