Senior Coordinator - Manufacturing

The Opportunity We are looking to add a Manufacturing Coordinator to our JDS team. This role will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the juice departments by supporting miscellaneous payroll functions, attendance tracking, budget management, submitting purchase requisitions, document control, and other administrative tasks to keep the operation organized and efficient. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional Responsibilities include:

• SAP review to ensure transactions and corrections are completed or communicated to managers, leads and/or HR for correction.
• Evaluate data for accuracy.
• Perform general administrative support while maintaining and delivering daily budget reports, daily scorecard, daily production and efficiency reporting.
• Kronos Administrator overseeing payroll for union employees in department.
• Track and monitor Paid Time Off and Accruals for departmental employees.
• Track attendance and communication with the Management team regarding status and discipline.
• Order supplies and materials.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Be a backup for the JDS Production Planner
• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with teams at different levels of the organization.
• Basic Technical Aptitude and Math Skills.
• Ability to be Flexible and Adapt to an ever changing environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Visio skills.
• Understanding of supply chain and purchasing concepts, and the impact on operations
• 4 years' experience with SAP and inventory control
• Strong understanding of BOM Structure
• Strong communications skills

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• College degree
• Previous Payroll administration preferably using Kronos or similar payroll system.
• 3-5 years administrative or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to help develop and implement process improvement.
• Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana manufacturing plant in Bradenton.
