The Training Coordinator supports the development and execution of training programs to enhance employee performance and efficiency. This position assists with the coordination, scheduling, and delivery of training initiatives for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Essential duties include assisting in the development and organization of training materials and programs; coordinating and scheduling live and virtual training sessions, including new hire onboarding, compliance, and continuing education; supporting leadership and trainers by managing logistics, materials, and attendance tracking; monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programs and suggesting improvements; ensuring training programs comply with company policies and industry regulations; collaborating with department leads and HR to assess training needs; assisting in managing Learning Management System (LMS) updates and employee enrollments; providing administrative support for training-related projects; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in training coordination, employee development, or related fields; experience in corporate training, HR, or administrative support preferred; strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and project management skills; experience in creating and driving innovative programs for multi-generational, adult learning with various learning styles; instructional design experience preferred; demonstrated strong listening and collaboration skills; expertise in LMS implementation and management; strategy design and program/project management background; and a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Physical demands include regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, handling objects, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. The work environment is a clerical office setting with standard office equipment and occasional travel for live training sessions. Drug screening is required prior to employment.
