About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Premium Hospitality and Ticketing Revenue. This executive will be at the forefront of the club's ambitious vision, leading all premium and ticketing revenue efforts in anticipation of the new stadium opening in 2028. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the premium hospitality and ticketing revenue strategy, with a focus on meeting multi-year revenue goals. This includes the relocation of current premium clients, the conversion of new stadium deposit holders, and driving new business outreach. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in premium sales, the ability to close large-scale deals, and a deep understanding of B2B sales strategy. The Vice President will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performance sales team, representing the company at various events, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the success of the sales campaign. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sports or entertainment premium sales, with a strong background in leading teams that sell suites, club seats, and premium inventory. The role requires a candidate with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Chicagoland business community, a national network, and experience in corporate sales. The role is demanding and requires a candidate who is willing to work non-traditional hours and is committed to a team-first mentality. The Vice President will be expected to operate with grit, ambition, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
