Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant (PSA), you will play a vital role in patient-centered care by monitoring high-risk patients through video technology. Working collaboratively with the patient care team, your key responsibilities include: Providing constant visual monitoring of assigned patients. Ensuring a safe environment by applying fall and self-harm prevention protocols. Observing and reporting on changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions. Documenting patient status and activities accurately during your shift. Respecting patient privacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Completing De-Escalation Training within the first 90 days of employment.
