Your Role: How You Will Contribute

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. In alignment with the Wallick Mission and Values, you will:

  • Provide direct resident care, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Help residents thrive mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to create a comfortable and safe environment.

Highlights of the Position

  • Competitive Pay: $20/hour with Pay on Demand (access your earnings as you work) and shift differentials.
  • Flexible Shifts: We are hiring for all shifts: 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 10pm-6:30am. Full-time and part-time positions available!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
  • Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
  • Encourage resident participation in activities.
  • Assist residents with mobility to and from activities and dining.
  • Provide physical support, including lifting and repositioning residents as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

About You

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Organized and self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
  • CPR Certification is a plus; Nurse Aide Certification is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.
